community research
Social Research is any research which is designed to generate a knowledge and understanding of the world around us. We can use it to evaluate the impact of policies, to generate evidence for the implementation of more effective policies or to create a knowledge base and resource which helps users as well as policy makers.

ESRO offers qualitative research to help organisations or companies to better understand the impact of their policies and strategies on the people whom they affect. We look at ‘users' or ‘clients' themselves, either in their daily lives or as they are using services, to see the issues as they see them themselves.

ESRO produces reports and presentations which can be used as robust strategy and reccommendation documents accross a wide range of contexts. They will be based on research methods which ensure that the voices which need to be heard, will be! Our training and values ensure this!

ESRO works both internationally and in the UK. As trained anthropologists and ethnographers national borders do not present a barrier to our research.
